What sets your online fitness coaching apart from other programs?
3T Fitness places a huge emphasis on helping clients achieve world-class results with their health and fitness. What sets us apart is that we also place just as much emphasis on you maintaining these results for life.
What does the nutrition coaching involve?
Our nutrition coaching is personalized to your dietary preferences, restrictions, and fitness goals. Your coach will provide guidance on meal planning and portion control, and make adjustments based on your progress. This approach ensures a sustainable and enjoyable approach to healthy eating.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription at any time?
Our higher-tier programs have a 6-month commitment period. These are in place to ensure each and every client has the best chance of achieving life-changing results as well as developing the habits, tools, and structures to maintain these results for life. There is an option to continue on a monthly rolling basis after this period with a month's notice. Our group coaching program has a rolling monthly commitment with a month's notice when you are looking to complete your work with 3T Fitness. In circumstances where you cannot control something that has meant you are unable to take part in the plan, we will make arrangements for this and aim to find the best solution.
How does the 1x1 coaching process work?
Once you sign up, you'll be paired with a dedicated fitness coach who will conduct an initial assessment to understand your goals, preferences, and any limitations. From there, they will create a customized nutrition and training plan for you with built-in regular check-ins, and adjustments are made to keep you on track, motivated, and moving forward.
How often do I have contact with my coach?
The frequency of check-ins depends on your specific needs and goals. Typically, clients have weekly and mid-week check-ins with their coaches to discuss progress, address any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to their plans.
How do I communicate with my coach between sessions?
We use Whatsapp for direct contact with your coach via message Monday-Friday 9-6:30 pm. Check-ins are processed via video and written text. Monthly reviews are through Zoom.
Can I join even if I'm a beginner or have specific health concerns?
Absolutely! Our coaches are experienced in working with individuals of all fitness levels and can adapt programs to accommodate various health conditions. Safety is our priority, and we ensure that your fitness journey is tailored to your current fitness level and health status.
Are the workouts customized to my fitness level and available equipment?
Yes, your training program is tailored to your fitness level, whether you're a beginner or have prior experience. Additionally, we take into account the equipment you have access to, whether it's a fully equipped gym or just basic home workout tools.
What results can I expect from the program?
