If nothing changes nothing changes

It was 2018, and I had been training and coaching clients for around 10 years, honing my craft and pushing my clients towards their goals.

Whilst I had achieved some good results in my humble opinion. It wasn't to the level that I knew it could be.

Maybe that's a separate issue; we'll discuss this in more detail in another blog. In any case, I wasn't happy, and I felt something needed to change.

I loved it! It was simply my calling, and anything I could do to be better and deliver better results; I was there. I did lots of upskilling, including a business seminar with Mark Coles. This stood out for me based on our conversation at the end.

I spoke to Mark about my goals as a coach and trainee. As you know, not only did I want better results in my training, but equally, I wanted the very best results for my clients. I explained that I wanted to be one of the leading coaches in the country known for helping my clients achieve life-changing body transformation results.

Mark gave me a very succinct answer.

"Have you taken yourself to the limit with your own transformation yet?"

I fumbled my words and said yes, I have done some dieting phases leading up to my holidays, etc. He stopped me in my tracks and said:

"I would argue you haven't."

This one interaction with Mark built a particular type of fire in me. The next day, I hired my first-ever online coach. Over the next year, the results I achieved with my training went wild. As a result, my client's results also improved tenfold.

Ten years had gone by, and this sole moment changed the course of my results. I finally made the changes and took the action that would accelerate my results like no other.

If nothing changes, nothing changes!

Sometimes, you must do something you've never done to achieve something great.

There's a chance you will need to get comfortable with feeling a little uncomfortable.

You may have to sacrifice one or two things to get there.

We all know nothing extraordinary comes from easy. We also know deep down that achieving the thing will be one of the best feelings ever.
